With careful design and the use of particular metal alloys we have obtained a pump resistant to both thermal shock and large pressure.

HIGH POWER

To obtain a high material flow rate, a lot of force is needed to be able to extrude over 1.1 kg of material per minute.

ELECTRONIC CONTROLS

All controls, from separate temperatures for pipe and boiler to flow rate regulation, are completely digital. The pump driven by a motor via a robust reducer is controlled by an inverter to attenuate the start and stop under pressure.

THERMAL STABILITY

Thermal stability is very important to avoid excessively high temperature changes that could carbonize the material. All materials and thicknesses are the result of years of experience which has led to the installation of a monobloc aluminum tank without any welding.

LONG-LASTING RESISTANCE

No resistor comes into direct contact with the material to avoid thermal bridges which could change the thermotechnical characteristics of the material. This type of super-thermal stainless steel resistor guarantees a long life span.

All extrusion components are independent, from the heating tube to the extrusion gun.
