DESCRIPTION

Hydraulically powered base component pump.  Proportioning pump catalyzer. Pneumatically powered catalytic converter pump.  Mixing unit mechanically linked to the base pump to obtain constant mixing.  Functional mixing system by means of alpha-mix placed near the gun.  Pressing plate with double gasket.

Adjustable mixer piping support arm. Pressure control of the base component and catalytic converter.  Mixing control by means of inspection valves.  Manual product purge valves.  Automatic pressure control valves.  Fixing brackets for the base barrel.  All controls and adjustments are located in a single easy-to-access panel with electronic controls.  Electronically controlled material pressure regulation, with pressure control valves.
