DESCRIPTION
The automatic profile bending machine is suitable for bending aluminum profiles and Warm Edge profiles (Chromatech Ultra / Thermix TX.N Plus / TGI Spacer M) without any need for the operator to modify the machine (and without modifying the bending head).
The machine can work shapes such as triangles, trapezoids, pentagons, circles, curved shapes, or a mix. It is also possible to create specific shapes. It can also work as a cutter and can make shapes and curves using both aluminum profiles and Warm Edge.
The machine has been designed to be simple and easy to use, without the need for changes to the folding head, folding system and cutting system, even switching from one type of material/thickness to another.

A computer is used for interface operations. The program is easy to use and allows the operator to manage the working parameters and set specific conditions for the different types of profiles. Through simple and intuitive windows, the PC guarantees an excellent man-machine interface.
With the program you can parameterise the machine for both aluminium profiles and Warm Edge profiles, managing bend elasticity, bend elongation and bending parameters. The work optimization program can optimize up to 1.200 different work sizes, taking into consideration the type of room and color of the material you want to use, customising on request of the customer, from the largest to the smallest and vice versa.
The program can be interfaced with the main cutting optimisation programs (Perfect Cut, Optima, Albat-Wirsam, Hanic, First Degree, etc.). The program is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish and German. The machine is set up for remote assistance. The service is provided free of charge, using the Team Viewer program.
The machine is equipped with a cutting blade lubrication system. This system helps improve the quality of the cut and increases the life of the cutting blade.
It is also possible to activate bending lubrication, which is especially useful when processing shaped parts. You can also connect laser printers, inkjet printers or label printers to the machine.

A gas drilling system is available. This system drills the holes for gas injection for the subsequent processing phases automatically and online.

The standard warehouse has 6 selectable profile storage sections which automatically insert the profile into the bending machine during the processing phases, and two other fixed upper sections for the storage of materials to be processed. During the processing phases, if the material runs out, the warehouse goes into stand-by mode allowing the operator to load additional material. At the end of the loading operation the machine will resume working normally

The warehouse performs the automatic connection of the working bars. A magazine with 5 fully automatic positions (with automatic position change) + 1 semi-automatic position are available as options; or a magazine with 12 fully automatic positions + 1 semi automatic.
