DESCRIPTION

Double glazing washers adopt a modular design, so they can be adapted to the needs of the individual customer.

 

Washing machine composed of 4 m input and output modules. The glass is transported via a system of anti-cut rollers with friction components to increase operator safety.

 

Washing machine body in stainless steel and powder coated. Length 3.2 m.

 

Corrosion-resistant components in contact with water.

 

Machine equipped with 6 brushes with a diameter of 180 mm with stainless steel shafts and aluminum supports.

 

Water management group composed of 4 washing zones with tanks, pumps, filters and internal parts in stainless steel.

 

Thanks to the shape of the tank, water consumption is reduced to the bare minimum, reusing waste water from one sector to another.

 

Possibility of connecting the last rinsing zone directly to the demineralizer.

 

Thermostat-controlled heating system as standard on the entire range.

 

Drying served by a fan mounted in an insulated box to reduce noise, with a shutter to manage the air flow and therefore allow greater energy savings during work stops.

 

Adjustable working speed and controlled exclusively by electronic systems to maintain constant torque even with different weights.

 

Output module equipped with a new system of continuous LED lights to allow better control of the washing quality. The glass is transported via a system of anti-cut rollers, mounted on friction components to increase operator safety.

 

Machine set up as standard for connection to other work modules.

We recommend water supplied to the washing machine has the following characteristics:

Conductivity = less than 10 uS (microsiemens)
Hardness total = less than 5° F (French degrees)
Salt content = less than 5 mg/L
Chloride = less than 5 mg/L
Iron = less than 0,05 ppm
Torbidity = less than 0,5 ft

NB: The results of the window washing may be compromised if the water values are higher than the above recommended amounts. Upon request we can provide equipment for cleaning the water.

WATER RECOVERY

Water is an important resource. The ECO WATER washing system allows double reuse of water, avoiding unnecessary waste while maintaining optimal quality at the end of the process.

LONG DURATION

Attention to durability over time is synonymous with quality: all parts of the machine in contact with water are made of powder-coated stainless steel, brush supports and aluminum tows, stainless steel pipes, brass spray nozzles.

ENERGY SAVING

Avoid unnecessary consumption during processing, thanks to this system that decreases the absorption of the engine while always keeping the air flow active, consumption is significantly reduced.

SAFE TRANSPORT

The operator's safety is fundamental, but the glass must be moved for processing. The system adopted allows the glass to be blocked at any time with the rollers in motion. All this thanks to an innovative type of transport.

NOISE REDUCTION

Drying is served by a fan mounted in an insulated box to reduce noise with a damper to manage the air flow and therefore allows greater energy savings during processing stops. Air cleaning is guaranteed by a removable filter.

TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS

Simple and intuitive, it is the control panel that with the EASY TOUCH formula, allows the operator to manage the entire line and control all the machine parameters. Thanks to this system the machine can be connected to our headquarters for maintenance and any resolution of machine downtime.

OPTIONALS

LOW-E BRUSHES

These type of brushes have special bristles that allow you to work with more delicate glass.  They are complete components with a stainless-steel shaft.

TILTING EXIT

3 m folding output module operated by a jack controlled by an electronic inverter. The module can be used both as a fixed storage and a sealing table.

Thanks to the modular construction system, it is possible to adapt the machine to all customer needs with interconnection systems that can communicate with most machines on the market.
