DESCRIPTION
Machine for filling gas in insulating glass.
Volumetric operation (filling volume) by entering the three measurements of the double glazing (height, width, thickness) and pressing the channel button. Four separate channels for the simultaneous filling of four windows.
Maximum filling dimensions: 5.12 m. x 5.12 m x 100 mm chamber. Control takes place via PLC.
Possibility to change the filling speed. End of cycle acoustic warning.

The machine can manage up to 4 independent work channels.
PLC CONTROL
The operator enters the measurements of the glass then a PLC converts the data into processing times.
AUTOMATIC CALCULATION
Thanks to an automatic system the machine can simultaneously manage multiple individually controlled loading zones.
