DESCRIPTION
Wheeled machine for filling gas in insulating glass. Hot cathode gas sensor operation. Made with two delivery channels and two gas sensors.
To fill the windows, simply insert the dispensing nozzle at the bottom and the sensor probe at the top. The program in the Mitsubishi XL14 PLC constantly analyzes the saturation and ends filling as soon as the desired value is reached, with a warning buzzer. It is possible to fill two windows at the same time, even of different sizes and thicknesses.
Rear support for the gas bottle. Supplied complete with two dispenser nozzles, two sensor nozzles and pressure reducer for standard argon cylinder.

The operator just has to enter the measurements of the glass, then a PLC converts the data into processing times.
2 WORK CHANNELS
The machine can manage up to 2 independent work channels managed by probes that check the filling percentage.
