DESCRIPTION
Washing machine composed of a 1.5 m input and output module. The glass is transported via a system of cut-proof rollers connected to each other by stainless steel chains and self-adjusting brass supports.
Washing machine body in stainless steel and powder coated.

Water management group composed of a washing area with tank, pump, filters and internal parts in stainless steel.
Thanks to the shape of the tank, water consumption is reduced to the bare minimum, reusing waste water from one sector to another.
Possibility of connecting the last rinsing area directly to the demineralizer.
Thermostat-controlled heating system as standard on the entire range.
Drying served by a fan mounted in an insulated box to reduce noise, connected to a distributor designed not to vary the air flow to the 4 blowers of the machine.
Adjustable working speed and controlled exclusively by electronic systems to maintain constant torque even with different glass sizes.
Adjustable work surface height from 900 mm (+/- 60 mm)
Machine set up as standard for connection to other work modules.

We recommend water supplied to the washing machine has the following characteristics:
Conductivity = less than 10 uS (microsiemens)
Hardness total = less than 5° F (French degrees)
Salt content = less than 5 mg/L
Chloride = less than 5 mg/L
Iron = less than 0,05 ppm
Torbidity = less than 0,5 ft
NB: The results of the window washing may be compromised if the water values are higher than the above recommended amounts. Upon request we can provide equipment for cleaning the water.
FEATURES
CONTROLLED TRANSPORT
The system adopted allows the glass to be kept adherent to the moving rollers at all times. All this thanks to an innovative type of transport controlled by an inverter.
EASY MAINTENANCE
Thanks to the type of construction in sectors, maintenance and cleaning are convenient, easy and fast.
NOISE REDUCTION
Drying is served by a fan mounted in an insulated box to reduce noise with a shutter to manage the air flow and therefore allows greater energy savings during processing stops. Air cleaning is guaranteed by a removable filter.
SELF-ADJUSTING OPENING
The transport system adapts to the thickness of the glass using supports specifically designed to reduce pressure on the glass.
LONG-LASTING BRUSHES
The washing area is equipped with 6 completely independent brushes. The shape of the bristles and the constant distribution of water guarantee a long life over time.
TOUCH SCREEN CONTROLS
Simple and intuitive, it is the control panel that with the EASY TOUCH formula, allows the operator to manage the entire line and control all the machine parameters. Thanks to this system the machine can be connected to our headquarters for maintenance and any resolution of machine downtime.
OPTIONALS
LOW-E BRUSHES
This type of brush with special bristles allows you to work with more delicate glass. The brushes are entire components including a stainless steel shaft.
WATER HEATING
The heating system is composed of a powerful resistance (4.5 kW 400 Vac Three-phase) controlled by an adjustable thermostat.
MACHINE OPENING 12-24
The machine can work with glass up to 24 mm thick thanks to the inclusion of a pneumatic system that manages thicknesses from 2 to 12 mm and from 12 to 24 mm.
OPENING FOR MAINTENANCE
The movement system using recirculating ball screws allows the machine to handle thicknesses up to 24 mm or more and open for maintenance up to 400 mm.
PRE-WASH
The washing machine is designed for the insertion of a pre-wash module to eliminate grinding residues before entering the machine.
